Stuart Green’s practice is dedicated to helping high-net-worth individuals and families preserve, grow, and steward wealth through sophisticated trust, estate, tax, and wealth planning. His work focuses on integrating South Dakota trust law with comprehensive estate planning strategies that extend beyond the preparation of legal documents, helping families establish long-term structures that preserve planning intent, strengthen governance, and create continuity across generations.

Before founding Stuart Green Law, Stuart developed extensive experience advising clients on complex tax and estate planning matters, including his work with a Big Four accounting firm and in private legal practice. His background in trusts, taxation, and fiduciary representation allows him to address the legal, financial, and operational considerations that often accompany significant family wealth. Today, his practice serves clients throughout the United States and internationally from offices in South Dakota and Texas.

Stuart believes that modern estate planning should function as more than a transfer mechanism at death. He views an estate plan as the legal framework for a family’s long-term wealth enterprise, integrating sophisticated trust planning with wealth management, family governance, fiduciary services, and tax strategy. This philosophy guides every client engagement and reflects his commitment to helping families build structures capable of supporting future generations while remaining faithful to the grantor’s original vision.
